Establishing Our Design Master Plan
Our group architect undertook a comprehensive review of existing Omara residences, carefully assessing design and construction standards across the portfolio.
The objective was to identify opportunities to enhance resident comfort, improve operational efficiency for staff, and reduce environmental impact to support lower ongoing operating costs.
This process involved a complete re-evaluation of the built form, leading to the development of a detailed “Master Brief” that now guides all new residence designs and ensures consistently high-quality outcomes.
Every new residence is developed in accordance with this Master Brief, with a strong focus on resident wellbeing. This includes improved access to beautifully landscaped courtyards and private balconies with attractive outlooks, creating more enjoyable and engaging living environments.
Maintenance Excellence
Prioritising Safety and Maintenance Excellence
- Centralised management of service agreements for essential equipment and building systems, including tracking renewals, insurance requirements, and compliance checks, supported by automated reminders
- Coordinated preventative and reactive maintenance scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks with clear visibility of overdue or high-priority items
- Detailed tracking and reporting of maintenance activities and service call-outs, enabling early identification of recurring issues and supporting proactive equipment replacement where required
